Introducing CalmCanary: simple, minimal application monitoring

Today we're excited to launch CalmCanary, a no-frills monitoring solution that helps you keep track of your applications' uptime & SLAs.

I built CalmCanary because I believe monitoring shouldn't be complicated. Whether you're running a small business website or managing microservices, you need to know when things go down - without wrestling with a complex monitoring setup. Also I thought that 30s intervals was achievable at a lower price than others in the market.

As people build more janky AI tools, it'll be important to ensure that they are still operating as you expect. This tool aims to help with this in future.

At launch, CalmCanary offers essential monitoring capabilities:

• Monitor up to 10 endpoints simultaneously
• Flexible check intervals (1 minute, or 5 minutes)
• TCP health checks to verify your services are responding
• Instant email alerts when something goes wrong

We've launched with a free offering for now as we build out the feature set.
